Welcome to Chimera & Co. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully; they describe the conditions under which we offer our artwork and operate this website.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site or place an order.

1. About Chimera & Co.

Chimera & Co. is a U.S.-based company offering fine art prints, canvas works, and select apparel produced on demand through trusted fulfillment partners. Our mission is to bring strange and beautiful creatures into your space in a way that honors the work, the artist, and the natural world.

All references to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Chimera & Co. “You” refers to any visitor, customer, or user of this website.

2. Online store terms

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) to use this site and place orders.
You agree not to use our products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and not to violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of this site.

A breach or violation of any of these terms may result in an immediate termination of your access to our services.

3. Products, availability, and colors

Our artworks are produced in carefully controlled, curated releases and are digitally signed by the artist. Certain products or sizes may be available for a limited time and are subject to our Returns Policy.

We do our best to present colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However:

The colors you see will depend on your screen, device settings, and ambient light.
Minor variations in color, crop, or scale between what you see on‑screen and what arrives in person are normal and not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any geographic region or jurisdiction where we are able to safely and legally ship.

4. Pricing, taxes, and changes

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.
We may modify or discontinue any product, collection, or service at any time without prior notice.
We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of the service.

If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

5. Orders, acceptance, and cancellations

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Limited availability or production constraints
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Inaccurate product, pricing, or availability information

If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order goes into production with our print partners, it may not be possible to change or cancel it. If you need to adjust something, contact us as quickly as possible at Shop@ChimerAndCo.com and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss

Shipping times and methods are described in our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on our website.

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (weather events, strikes, etc.).
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photos and your order details; we will work with you and our production partners to make it right in line with our Returns Policy.

7. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than items that arrive damaged or defective. Because our prints, canvas, and apparel are produced specifically for you on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size preference, or aesthetic reasons.

In general:

Made‑to‑order prints, canvas, and apparel are produced specifically for you and are not resellable once returned, so we do not accept returns for change of mind, size regret, or aesthetic preference.
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or materially defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. If a return shipment is needed, it must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

8. Personal information and privacy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding your data.

By using this site, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described there.

9. Intellectual property and permitted use

All artworks, images, designs, text, and other content on this site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to, the artworks of Enrique Gómez de Molina and any associated photographs, mockups, and branding.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

Reproduce, print, or distribute our artworks or product images for any purpose other than personal, non‑commercial viewing of the site and products you have purchased.
Use our images, designs, or branding for AI training, datasets, or any automated image generation system.
Use our content for derivative works, merchandising, or commercial projects.

Ownership of any purchased physical artwork remains with you as a collector; ownership of the underlying intellectual property and reproduction rights remains with Chimera & Co. and the artist.

10. Third‑party services and links

Our store is hosted on Shopify, and we work with third‑party print and logistics partners to fulfill orders.

These third parties have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of third‑party websites or services linked from our site.

We encourage you to review their terms and policies where relevant (for example, your chosen payment provider).

11. Prohibited uses

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose.
To solicit others to perform or participate in unlawful acts.
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, intimidate, or discriminate.
To submit false or misleading information.
To upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chimera & Co. and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, employees, and artists from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of:

Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute or claim relating to these Terms, our products, or your use of the site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

You and Chimera & Co. agree to seek informal resolution of any dispute in good faith before resorting to formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
Your continued use of the site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
