Processing time All orders are processed within [1–3] business days as products are made on demand. Prints and canvases are made to order, so please allow extra time during sale periods or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times
- Domestic: [3–7] business days after dispatch, depending on shipping service selected.
- International: We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working on adding this feature in the future.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International orders We are not accepting international orders at this time. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.
Shipment Notification Once shipped, you'll get a notification by email. If you do not receive an email within a reasonable amount of time (usually 1 to 3 days) contact us at Shop@ChimeraAndCo.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Return window We do not accept returns or exchanges on print-on-demand products. All sales are final. The only exception is if your item arrives damaged or defective — see "Damaged or Faulty Items" below.
Made-to-order items Made-to-order prints/canvases are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or faulty items If your order arrives damaged or defective, email Shop@ChimeraAndCo.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the damage. If a return is required, the item must be sent back within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you once the item is received and inspected.
How to start a return
- Email Shop@ChimeraAndCo.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll send return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges on print‑on‑demand items unless the artwork arrives damaged or defective, or incorrect artwork was shipped.
