What is Chimera & Co.?

Chimera & Co. offers finely crafted prints, canvas editions, and select products inspired by the artist's hybrid creatures and sculptural worlds. Each piece is designed to bring a fragment of that world into your home or collection.

Who is the artist behind the work?

Each collection is created by the artist's own studio practice, where familiar animal forms are combined into new hybrid beings. The work is meticulous, imaginative, and designed to feel both otherworldly and unexpectedly real.

Are these editions numbered?

Our works are not individually numbered. Each piece includes a digital artist signature noted on the product page as a mark of authenticity.

How do I know Chimera & Co. is high‑quality and reputable?

Our editions are produced using archival‑grade materials through professional print labs, and the artist's work has been exhibited in museum and gallery settings. We inspect each piece before it ships and stand behind the quality of every order.

Why might the color of my artwork look slightly different in person?

Every screen displays color a little differently, so minor shifts between on‑screen previews and physical prints are normal. We color‑manage our workflow and work with professional labs to keep each piece as faithful as possible to the artist's original artwork.

Will sold‑out items be restocked?

Some works may return, while others are only available in small, time‑limited runs. The product page will always show the most current availability for each piece.

Product, Printing & Materials

What print methods and materials do you use?

Our fine art prints are produced on museum‑quality Hahnemühle etching paper using high‑resolution, pigment‑based printing for rich color and longevity. Canvas editions are gallery‑wrapped on sturdy stretcher bars and printed with archival inks designed to resist fading under normal display conditions.

Are the colors in person the same as on my screen?

We proof our files and use calibrated workflows, but each monitor displays color differently, so small variations are normal. If your piece feels significantly off from what you expected, contact us and we’ll review options with you.

What sizes and aspect ratios are available?

Most artworks are offered in a curated set of standard sizes listed on each product page. If an image's proportions don't match a standard size, we adjust the crop or add margins so the composition remains balanced. For special sizing or large‑format requests, please email Shop@ChimeraAndCo.com.

Do prints come framed, and what are my framing options?

Both Prints and Canvas pieces come unframed. There are too many options for frames and matts, so we leave it to the customer to obtain exactly what they prefer.

How should I care for and display my print or canvas?

For best longevity, display artwork out of direct, harsh sunlight and away from high humidity or extreme temperature changes. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth; do not use cleaners or water directly on the print or canvas surface. We recommend professional framing for unframed prints.

Which size should I choose for my space?

If you’re unsure which size works best, start with the wall and furniture around the piece. Smaller sizes like 11×14 or 12×16 work well in intimate spaces or paired in groups, while larger sizes such as 18×24 and 24×36 are better above sofas, beds, or consoles. Our room mockups are designed to give a true-to-scale sense of how each size will feel on the wall.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States. Available shipping options for your U.S. address will appear at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's size, weight, destination, and the shipping method you select. Any available shipping promotions will be noted on the site or at checkout.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are processed within 24–72 hours of being placed. After the work is prepared, most print and canvas orders then ship within 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or weather events.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email notification with shipping details so you can follow its progress.

Where are prints produced and from where are they shipped?

We work with carefully selected print labs and fulfillment partners. Orders are produced and shipped from the closest available facility when possible to balance quality and speed for U.S. deliveries.

How are my prints and artwork packaged?

Prints ship flat or in sturdy tubes with protective sleeves or wrapping. Canvas and framed pieces are boxed with corner protection and cushioning to help keep them safe in transit, and we avoid unnecessary packaging where we can.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

Can I pick up my order in person?

At this time, Chimera & Co. does not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly from our production and fulfillment partners.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my item?

Because all of our prints and canvas editions are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Are exchanges available?

We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If a return is required, the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We'll repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.

Who pays for return shipping, and how do refunds work?

Because all sales are final on print-on-demand items, refunds are only issued for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. All print-on-demand items — including prints, canvas editions, and apparel — are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges except for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Orders & Policies

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you need to change or cancel an order, email Shop@ChimeraAndCo.com as soon as possible with your order number. Because our items go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Are your artworks and images protected by copyright?

Yes. All images, text, designs, and products on this site are protected by copyright or other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or products without written permission.

Can prices or product details change?

Prices and product details may change without notice. If we're unable to fulfill an order because of an error or production issue, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.

Licensing, IP & Commercial use

Do I own the rights to the artwork when I buy a print?

When you purchase a print or canvas, you own the physical piece — not the underlying copyright. You're welcome to display it in your home or workspace, but creating reproductions, using the imagery in logos or products, or reselling it as prints requires written permission.

Can I license these images for commercial use?

Yes, select artworks may be available for licensed use in branding, packaging, editorial, or other projects. Please email Shop@ChimeraAndCo.com with your intended use, and we’ll discuss availability, terms, and fees.

Can galleries, hotels, or corporate clients use images in marketing or displays?

Owners of physical pieces may generally show photographs of those works in their own marketing with proper credit to the artist and Chimera & Co. For broader campaigns, large‑scale reproduction, or digital asset use, please contact us to confirm licensing and attribution requirements.

Are your artworks created with AI?

Chimera & Co. artworks are based on the artist's original physical hybrid creations, not AI‑generated images. Any digital processes we use are focused on high‑fidelity reproduction, printing, and color management.

Customization & Trades

Do you offer custom commissions or changes to existing artwork?

Custom commissions and modifications are considered on a case‑by‑case basis. If you're interested in a specific size, format, or adaptation of an existing piece, please email Shop@ChimeraAndCo.com with details and your timeline.

Can you create exclusive runs for galleries or brands?

We can collaborate on special projects for galleries, brands, or events; however, the customer will need to choose from a curated list of images available from the artist’s original work.

Do you support wholesale, trade, or drop‑ship programs?

We're open to working with galleries, designers, and select retailers. For wholesale or trade inquiries — including drop‑ship and white‑label options — please contact Shop@ChimeraAndCo.com with information about your business and the type of partnership you have in mind.

Privacy

What personal information do you collect?

We collect information you share with us — such as your name, addresses, email, and order details — as well as basic analytics and device data (for example, pages visited and browser type) to understand how visitors use the site.

How do you use my information?

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, send order updates, and improve our site through anonymous or aggregated analytics. If you opt in, we may also email you about new collections or important updates.

Do you share or sell my data?
